Turnarounds and Shutdowns
We have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to mobilize expeditiously for the most
demanding turnaround and shutdown projects. A large resource base of manpower and
equipment allows us to execute challenging projects in a live plant
environment.
Our major clients are gas processing plants, power plants, fertilizer plants,
refineries, chemical / petrochemical and complexes etc.
IZB has their own Workshop/Warehouse facilities spread over two acres and owned by
the Company. Major Overhauling, Repair and Maintenance of the Heavy Fabrication and
Machinery is done in this Workshop.
Heavy Lifting Services
Our fleet of cranes offers capacity ranging from 8 tons to 300 metric tons. The
cranes are well maintained and are periodically checked, tested and certified by
globally renowned third party certification companies.
Our lifting equipment may be rented or erection services could be offered by us

Commissioning & Start-up
A.S INDUSTRIAL FINISHING CONCERN routinely assists its clients with commissioning and start-up activities. Typical services include generation of check-lists, development and compilation of pre-commissioning procedures, and test-runs prior to start-up.
Manpower Supply

Rental Equipment
IZB maintains around 70 plus fleet of heavy construction equipment, plants and
allied equipment, which is also for rental basis at competitive market rates.
We provide ex-stock equipment on any location in Pakistan; with our country wide
efficient back up maintenance and technical staff presence, facilitates us in
cutting the down time to the minimum.
For transportation and heavy lifts of plants, heavy machinery and other equipment,
the company maintains heavy lift cranes and trailers for lifting, loading, unloading
and transportation for any route in Pakistan.
Equpment Supply
The Heavy Equipment operations are coordinated centrally from our purpose designed
cell, and offer a range of services that include Heavy Transport, industries
services, and Project Management. Our expertise and experience in the loading and
movement of heavy and abnormal loads throughout Pakistan has been gained over the
many years of our involvement in the industry. It is backed up by our Company’s
investment in state of the art Hydraulic Trailer equipment and in-house engineering
facilities to modify trailers according to nature and shape of the cargo.
